Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog
- Continuously groom and prioritize the backlog based on stakeholder expectations across groups and help in negotiating priorities
- Define the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities for the solution and platform
- Analyze business processes while working with stakeholders and proactively think of efficiency features which can benefit stakeholders
- Conduct impact analysis and interdependency analysis during the change management process for the business process you are supporting
- Work with a cross- functional team to document and resolve production system issues
- Develop and maintain user stories and define acceptance criteria and tests
- Help in the evaluation of a Commercial, off-the-shelf / SaaS products to meet the needs of the stakeholders
- Foster Agile principles and methods for requirements gathering
- Adhere to Agile development methodology best practice
- Facilitate Agile rapid and meaningful releases
- Assist in the creation of project approval request documentation
- Work with the Project Manager to help facilitate and ensure successful user acceptance testing
- Work closely with QA and developers to ensure clarity of requirements
- Work with stakeholders and Technical team to plan releases and upgrades
- Follow progress and guide a request or issue from request to resolution
- Create a process with the goal to provide close to real time tracking of each issue/request to stakeholders and executives
- Work with the finance team to support all Financial Applications including a future ERP system.
- Guide and enhance our Agile and Kanban methodologies along with other Product owners
- Keep track of industry trends
- Project Management expertise in Project Planning, Project Estimations & Project Scheduling. Project Budgeting / Cost control and Reporting. Stakeholder Management and Status Reporting
- Communicated with stakeholders, identified project requirements & expectations and planned project activities including scoping, estimation, tracking, procurement, delivery management, corporate and legal & so on
- Responsible for developing applications, testing, troubleshooting and implementation of key projects as per agreed timeliness
