Job Description

The Marketing Business Development Manager is an essential role within Buildingblocks. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for our outbound marketing and business development campaigns, growing the top of our revenue funnel with qualified opportunities for the sales team. As the first person to communicate with prospective new customers, you will be the face of the company, and will represent our brand from the get-go – a role that you take very seriously.


You’ll work closely with the entire revenue organization spanning marketing, sales, and customer success, to build a best-in-class market development program. Starting with researching and identifying the perfect contacts who meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), learning about their current roles, challenges, and career aspirations, and figuring out creative ways in which Buildingblocks can help them become heroes in their organizations, you’ll be responsible for developing highly innovative, multi-channel outbound marketing and business development campaigns that drive our business forward.
