Roles And Responsibilities
- Identifying new business development opportunities
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.
- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.
- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
- Responsible for Revenue generation
- Initiate and cultivate high-level client relationships with key decision-makers to build a trusted partnership
- Put in place Strategies and plans to ensure 100% presence across all emerging business opportunities within the identified business verticals & also ensure that the company emerges -- Build a good Sales Network, enhanced Prospects list, and Sales Pipeline.
- Interact with all functional heads of the client company to understand their business processes/complexities for mapping appropriate IT solutions.
- Responsible for end-to-end sales
- Co-ordinate, lead, motivate and mobilize the company’s Sales, Pre Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- You must have work experience in US Sales.
- Good written and oral communication
- Clean and wholistic online presence
- You Must have Bachelor's degree in Business or IT
- You Must understand the sales cycle for IT
- You Must be aware of current trends impacting sales and navigate through the challenges close deals
- You Must be currently driving IT Sales for mid-sales mandates / large ticket size
- You Must have the ability to strike deals - i.e. to forecast accurately and close opportunities
- You have at least 7+ years of experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers, Distributors, and Key Accounts.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
