About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical and business-minded Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. As a GTM Engineer, you will design automated revenue workflows, integrate our GTM technology stack, leverage AI to improve sales execution, and ensure high-quality data flows seamlessly across commercial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable GTM workflows and automation pipelines.
- Automate sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Integrate CRM, marketing, and outbound tools using APIs and webhooks.
- Build AI-powered lead qualification and personalization workflows.
- Ensure CRM data quality, lead routing, and enrichment.
- Create dashboards and optimize pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Engineering, Automation, or Software Engineering.
- Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot or ZohoCRM.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
